It's gonna start..

After so many months of waiting, they finally arrived yesterday. Spent a couple of hours doing preparation work today.. it's been so long since i last did any benchwork, the pipette's exciting to the touch! XD I can't wait til next monday, when experiments start. It's a funny feeling, how excited i am to finally start on this project, but at the same time a little fearful coz i have never done this experiment before, yet the first time i am gonna do it, it's gonna be mass production already! Oh well.. i can't always waste time and resources to just practice alone.. i have to learn to be more confident, as well as of course be more careful and diligent with everything so that things can succeed at first try. No more allocating weeks just for practise. FEEL the experiment! woot~
