I was at Beach Road Market aka Army Market @ beach road.. to buy a backpack, when i tried this fantabulous char kuay tiaw. Besides the normal sweet black sauce and the 'hums' (cockles), what made this char kuay tiaw so unique is the enormous serving of boiled vegetables layered on top of the plate of oily, sinful char kuay tiaw, with a spoonful of deep fried crispy ikan bilis. YUM~~
(with these 2 additional stuff, it made the meal a wee bit healthier too! ^_^)
The stall is on the 2nd level, name is 91. (And i think the stall number too)
